01Who we are

Maxly is operated by the Maxly team ("Maxly," "we," "us"). We provide AI-driven facial analysis and personalized cosmetic protocols for adults 18 years or older. Throughout these Terms, "you" refers to the individual using our service.

02What Maxly is — and is not

Maxly provides cosmetic guidance only. Our analyses, recommendations, and protocols are intended for educational and aesthetic purposes. Maxly is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting any new skincare regimen, supplement, or procedure — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have an existing medical condition.

03Your account

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

You must be at least 18 to use Maxly. If we discover the account belongs to a minor, we will close it and delete associated data.

04Photos and content you upload

You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload. By using Maxly, you grant us a limited, revocable license to process those photos solely for the purpose of generating your analysis and protocol. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them.

You confirm that any photos you upload are of yourself, that you have the right to use them, and that they do not contain anyone else's likeness without their consent.

05Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Plans are billed in advance — annually for the Annual plan, monthly for the Monthly plan, or once for the Lifetime plan. Annual and Monthly plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle until canceled.

• You can cancel any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of your current billing cycle.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from your first analysis — email support@usemaxly.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; current subscriptions are honored at the original price through the end of their cycle.

06Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the service, scrape or resell our content, upload another person's images without consent, or use Maxly for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

07Intellectual property

All Maxly software, design, copy, and report templates are owned by Maxly or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes — nothing more.

08Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Maxly is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will result from following our recommendations. Individual results vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxly's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Maxly after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
